We are a fully integrated General Contractor and provide value to first-time developers through highly experienced teams. We don’t just focus on construction—we focus on the development. We are a partner in providing our clients with the best possible building experience. 

When Dennis Sackhoff, Owner of Arbor homes—one of Oregon’s largest home builders—decided to diversify into a family-owned multi-family portfolio, he approached Kevin Hoffman. Kevin was a longtime acquaintance with the resume and experience to assemble a construction company capable of designing and building multiple projects of various sizes and complexities. With Kevin as President and Director of Construction and Dennis as Owner, the duo constructed over 30 mixed-use/multi-family projects together. These projects consist of more than 2,300 apartments and 35,000 square feet of commercial space. Their portfolio is one of the most substantial privately-held apartment ownerships in the Portland Area. 

Having reached their goal, the Sackhoff family investment group decided not to pursue other properties for development. They assisted Kevin in transitioning to form Hoff Construction Group. This distinct company allows Kevin and his team to provide the same services and value that Dennis came to value and appreciate over the past decade in the Portland multi-family and commercial market.
