Kevin is passionate about construction and development.  His attitude of 'no challenge can stop us' is the driving force in his success.  He has successfully completed over 75 projects valued in excess of $400M and more than 3.4 M sqft.  He also appreciates working on his hobby farm, volunteering and spending time with his family.

Marilee has over 25 years in construction industry financial management experience.  She has worked for both general contractors and subcontractors providing her with unique insight to provide help and support to all project stakeholders.

Marilee combines her passion for hiking and photography in the northwest in her spare time.

You can say that building is in Mark’s blood.  Mark grew up on construction sites with his father, grandfather and two uncles who were all home builders.  His 20 year career was official in 2001 and has completed over 300 homes and a dozen multi-family buildings.  When he is not working, he enjoys coaching little league and traveling with his wife and son.

David has been assisting companies and owners with entitlements on their projects for more than 30 years.  Having worked with multiple jurisdictions, he has developed an excellent understanding of the entitlement process.  His core strength is keeping the jurisdictions on track and projects moving quickly through the system.  He catches his breath while cycling project neighborhoods and brewing beer with his family.

John joined our team in September of 2022 after a brief retirement from his years of service with City of Portland Building Department serving as senior inspector.

Jacob joined Hoff Construction Group in February 2023 and is already making a name for himself in the company.  His positive attitude, attention to detail and ability to assess the jobsite for what's needed next has already made an impact on increased quality and efficiencies.  Jacob enjoys spending time with his family and enjoying the great outdoors of the PNW.

Allen joined our team in October 2022 and brings 35 years of construction experience to the team with 20 years being as Superintendent.  He enjoys spending time with his family of 4 children, 10 grandchildren and wife of 35 years.  He calls home on a 20 acre timber farm in Oregon.
